files, (up to 260 hours training information) computer communication via IRdata which provides
faster data transmission to PC using infra-red and Uplink which allows uploading from the PC
to the reciever via the Polar Infrared Interface (order separately). Polar Precision Performance
3.0 software provides in depth performance data to monitor progress.
